Working closely with the Director and management team, the role involves strategic financial planning, effective budget management, and accurate financial reporting. Key duties include:Developing and implementing financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets.Evaluating the company''s financial performance and recommending improvements.Budget Management: Creating and maintaining comprehensive budgets, monitoring actual performance against forecasts, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and efficiencies in financial operations.Preparing and presenting accurate financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and external parties.Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.Cash Flow Management: Managing and optimizing cash flow, including short-term and long-term planning.Assessing and mitigating financial risks.Supervising and mentoring the finance team to foster collaboration, excellence, and accountability.Overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Investment and Capital Management: Evaluating investment opportunities, monitoring capital requirements, and recommending funding strategies.Ensuring financial practices and procedures align with legal regulations and industry best practices.Collaborating with tax consultants.Candidate ProfileBachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or CA preferred).Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and industry trends.Proficiency in financial software and tools (MYOB, Xero, Employment Hero).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective leadership and communication abilities.Application ProcessSign in and update your profile to get insights.
