As part of the Technology team, you will be key to help deliver the Technology Change Program (TCP).In this role you will be responsible for leading, developing and delivering clear, engaging, and targeted communications to support the Technology Change Program (TCP) objectives.This role works closely with program team, stakeholders, and change managers to ensure considered and effective messaging, stakeholder engagement, and ultimately adoption of program initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, develop and implement targeted communication plans that align with the TCP goals and stakeholder needs.Develop clear, concise, and tailored messages about the changes being implemented.Update stakeholders, including leadership, employees, and other relevant parties with regular updates and reports on communication activities and stakeholder responses.Monitor and adjust communication plans based on feedback and the TCP program developments.Develop engaging visual and written content for various communication channels.
