This role ensures the provision of high-quality, nutritious meals that meet dietary and nutritional standards, while maintaining compliance with WHS requirements and delivering exceptional service to the College community. The Operations Manager leads the planning and delivery of catering for all College events, from small in-house functions to large-scale events of up to 350 guests, College Boarding House and College Canteen.
