About the RoleSupervise and support safe family contact for children in care. Based in Parkes with travel to carer homes and community locations as needed.Benefits Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax-free including an extra $2,650 meal and entertainment benefit Casual shifts with across mornings, afternoons & the potential for occasional overnights Use of a pool vehicle for transport during shifts Paid training and 24/7 incident response support Career pathways in Out of Home Care and child protection $41-$43 p/h SCHADS Award based on qualifications.Duties Transport and supervise family contact visits Write clear, detailed reports after each visit Support care plans with Case Managers Identify and report child protection concerns Manage visits when not in the child''s best interestSkills & Experience Diploma in Community Services (or related field) preferred but not required Valid Drivers Licence, WWCC, First Aid & NDIS clearance Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to manage conflict and work with diverse families Understanding of child safety and car restraint laws Must be available for a range of shiftsLifestyle SolutionsLifestyle Solutions supports equality, diversity, and inclusion.
