There''s plenty of opportunities to broaden skill sets and advance careers, while making a positive difference in the lives of older Victorians.The RoleWe are looking for experienced Residential Services Manager for our Gisborne Oaks home, which houses 78 residents in the beautiful Macedon Ranges region.Managing and leading a diverse team of employees and volunteers to provide an exemplary level of care and service to our residentsResponding quickly and effectively to issues including Human Resource, client complaints and serious incidentsFacilitating the implementation and effective use of quality and risk management information systemsEnsuring employees are aware of their responsibilities around incident management and reporting, including compulsory reporting obligationsMaintaining financial performance targets including occupancy levels, ACFI management and budget outcomesImplementing relevant legislative and policy changes and maintain appropriate aged care standardsFostering and developing effective relationships with residents, their families, staff and volunteers in support of the client goals of careTo help you achieve this, ideally youll have:Management experience in an aged or health care settingExperience working within the Aged Care legislative framework, including Compulsory Reporting requirements and the Aged Care Complaints Scheme or similarExperience working with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation Frameworks and requirements or similarKnowledge of the Australian National Aged Care Classification (ANACC),including its impact on business outcomes and a sound understanding of Occupational Health and Safety regulationsA passion for providing high quality service and continuous improvement to achieve resultsCurrent registration as a Registered (Division 1) Nurse with AHPRA (highly regarded but not essential)Specialist knowledge or postgraduate qualifications in health management, business administration or similar (desirable)Why Benetas?Competitive remuneration package + NFP Salary Packaging up to $19k per annumPermanent full time with a monthly ADOPaid training hours to build your skills, leadership forums and ongoing training and developmentProudly being part of a business that values Respect, Responsibility, Community, and SpiritA proven history of internal career progression and development opportunitiesJoin us on our fulfilling journey, as we transform the experience of ageing through collaboration, new ideas and genuine care.
