Due to the nature of the role, the location is flexible for the right candidate.Who were looking forWe are seeking a proactive People Services Advisor for Australia & PNG to deliver effective and efficient HR support to our operational sites and People Services Team. This dynamic role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from HR administration and data management to communicating HR information across multiple locations. You will also have the opportunity to engage in HR projects aimed at business improvements and gain exposure to remuneration and benefits programsKey responsibilities include:Efficiently and accurately execute HR administration duties, including data entry into CORE (SuccessFactors), producing employment contracts and employee letters, managing personnel files, and processing employment changes in line with payroll deadlines. Ensure timely and precise actioning of requests to enhance the people experience.Support the management of organizational charts and HR reporting using SAP, CORE (SuccessFactors), and other company systems.Contribute to business improvement initiatives through regular analysis of HR services, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and participating in HR-related projects to increase efficiency.Provide confidential advice on HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, supported by our wider HR team.Experience, Skills & Qualification:This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone with a proactive attitude and a strong customer service ethos.
