In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to develop, design and draft 3D framing construction plans utilising our in-house software to meet client specification and construction methods. More specifically, you will:Undergo a structured 6-month training program to learn the systems, process and quality of work.Produce high-quality drafting and related documentation using CAD softwareCollaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, such as engineering, construction and customer supportIndependently manage drafting tasks to produce accurate and detailed designs, in an efficient and timely mannerProvide technical support and guidance to team members, to further the enhance the teams performanceIdentify and resolve design issues and challenges that arise during the design and construction processWith roles at our Edinburgh North or CBD office, you may be required to travel between the sites for training and development, team building, collaboration, and wider-business functions.About youYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger.
