As a Recruitment Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent. You will partner with Hiring Managers, working closely with them to understand their hiring needs and providing expert advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process. Your expertise will ensure candidates have a seamless experience, positively impacting their onboarding into our business. You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.We have openings for both Blue-Collar and White-Collar Recruiters to join our fun, supportive, and hardworking teams, supporting our construction projects and maintenance divisions.You will be responsible for all end-to-end recruitment activities and will be an integral part of the project team. We are a people-focused business, and while we execute large projects, we maintain a personable business feel. We have a strong internal redeployment process and maintain a core Civmec workforce wherever we go.The RoleAdvertising and managing role specific talent pools.Candidate management through the recruitment processCollection and storage of pre-recruitment documentationConducting interviews and reference checksDatabase maintenance including updating of candidates progress.Ongoing communication and engagement with key stakeholdersCompliance to the businesss recruitment processFormal weekly reporting and issue escalationDevelopment of role specific sourcing strategiesAbout YouTo be successful in the role you will possess the following:Possess experience with applicant tracking softwareHave experience with either white or blue collar recruitmentAbility to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levelsExceptional time management skills coupled with a self-starter attitudeKnowledge of industry relevant tickets, licenses and qualifications will be advantageousAt Civmec, we offer an inclusive workplace built on family values, with a Never Assume'' culture, sustained by our experienced and supportive management team.
