The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance throughout our workshop.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the workshopMonitor the progression of jobs throughout the day to ensure timely completionSchedule workshop jobs based on customer requirements and workshop capacityConduct quality control and perform final inspections of vehicles prior to collectionExplain technical issues to non-technical customers and stakeholdersProvide guidance to apprentices and techniciansAbout YouThis role is ideal for a qualified and experienced technician looking to move off the tools, learn new skills, and support workshop operations.Previous experience in a similar role (desirable)Understanding of workflow in a busy workshopStrong knowledge of Heavy Diesel MechanicsExcellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA proactive mindset and a desire to improve processes and outcomesAbout UsWe deliver a comprehensive customer experience through multiple business units, providing high-quality service and innovative solutions.
