We currently have a number of positions available across a range of skill areas working at both the Busselton and Dunsborough waste facility sites.Full-Time Positions:Waste Facility Team Member (Gatehouse)The first point of contact for members of the public and contractors arriving at the Waste Facility, providing exceptional customer service and using point of sale systems. Responsibilities include managing recycling adjacent to the gatehouse. The work schedule is a 9-day fortnight from 7:15 am to 4:15 pm, including every second weekend. The position is primarily based in Dunsborough but requires work across both waste facilities.Requirements include customer service and point of sale experience, physical ability to handle recycling items, and a C class license.Full-Time & Fixed-Term Positions (6 months):Operate machinery including hook lift trucks, loaders, compactors, waste collection vehicles, and semi-trailers (if licensed). Work hours are between 5:30 am-2:30 pm or 7:15 am-4:15 pm on a 9-day fortnight, including every second weekend. Work is across both Busselton and Dunsborough facilities.Casual Positions:Operate machinery similar to full-time roles. Hours vary based on business needs, across both facilities.What you will need to succeed:Experience operating heavy trucks, plant, or machinery in waste or related fields.Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to work cooperatively in a team.Construction Safety Awareness (White Card).Flexibility to work at various locations and undertake operational tasks.Ability to provide a recent National Police Clearance (within 6 months).To apply, click Apply and follow the prompts.
