Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$115,824.00/yr - A$127,647.00/yrDirect message the job poster from Department of Transport, Western AustraliaRecruitment Officer, Workforce Management- Department of TransportThe OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled and proactive Program Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of Western Australias dredging program within our Maritime Directorate.Maritime is responsible for the management and maintenance of maritime infrastructure across 35 locations throughout the statefrom Broome to Esperance. This position is integral to ensuring these facilities remain safe, accessible, and operational for all users.As Program Manager Dredging, youll oversee contracts and project delivery, acting as the Superintendents or Principals Representative. You will work closely with consultants and contractors to monitor program outcomes, guide compliance, and ensure alignment with DoTs standards and community expectations.This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic thinker and strong communicator with experience in project and contract managementespecially in infrastructure, marine, or civil contexts. Were looking for someone who can learn the technical aspects while bringing strong leadership, planning, and communication skills to the table.
