Our specialties include multi-trauma, orthopaedics, stroke, pain management, cardiac, restorative, respiratory, and slow stream rehabilitation. You will play a key role in planning, developing, and delivering educational courses and programs within the hospital. Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, and deliver education courses and programs for nursing, allied health, and support services staff. Coordinate and provide hands-on educational support and orientation to all staff, graduates, and students. Promote evidence-based clinical care by disseminating current best practices. Supervise staff compliance with mandatory training and eLearning completion. Ensure availability of competency-based programs and assess staff competencies. Ideal Candidate Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE) or working towards it. Postgraduate Certificate in a related specialty area or working towards it. Minimum of 3 years'' relevant educator experience (desirable). Experience with eLearning platforms. High computer literacy, including MS Office. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
