Its behavior-led and reinforced through our values.Mental health & wellbeing is something we consider a priority it''s championed by our own people internally and is a regular conversation.We have a lot of fun were constantly looking at reinventing how were connecting with each other.ROLE PURPOSE:The Performance Account Managers purpose is to assist the team in shaping and defining industry-leading performance media strategies for our clients across Zenith, with the focus to deliver outstanding value whilst working with an integrated service model tailored to their individual needs.This role is a hybrid of media planning/account management as well as campaign implementation/activations across paid search and paid social channels.The Performance Account Manager is accountable for the following key outputs:Team ManagementAccountable for training executives/coordinators to ensure that they are highly skilled in performance media implementation, with emphasis on paid search and paid socialManage the team to ensure account deliverables including campaign set up, reporting, optimisation tactics, quality checks and best practice are adhered toClient ManagementDay to day client team & client contact across all things performance mediaCraft ExpertiseConfident in compiling strong SEM & Paid Social responses and presenting these directly to clients -with the opportunity to plan other digital channels by assisting the DirectorsAssist agency & client education around all areas of performance mediaKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Ensure the Performance Executives are working effectively - coached, trained, inspired and organised to deliver on targetsEnsure quality controls are in place from planning/buying/optimisation and reporting for the teamBuild new and existing campaign accounts ensuring a high level of detail is observed and are aligned to the client briefDeliver exceptional client service by ensuring smooth operations through the team - returning emails within 24 hours, and taking care of expectations to deliver on timelinesMake sure the team are billing/pacing and reporting on spends with 100% accuracy whilst ensuring digital complianceDirect and implement the adoption of bid management technology across all client campaignsDirect optimisation decisioning and mentor junior members of the team in application of optimisations & setting up bid rules - identify areas for account improvement and feedback to the paid search teamWork hand in hand with the Performance Account Director and Planning Teams to develop digital media plans, which are well thought out - find ways to innovate and answer the marketing challengeCompile implementation planning slides with the assistance of wider digital and planning teams and present confidently to clientsDay to day client team & client contact for the performance media domainWork collaboratively with agency partners and tech vendors to deliver best-in-class resultsYOUR EXPERIENCE:Minimum 4 years experience in media buying/activations across paid search and paid social channels - ideally in the marketing & advertising industryMedia planning experience across paid search and paid social is advantageousMust have experience and working knowledge of Google paid search platforms (Google Ads, SA360), Meta Ads Manager, DV360, CM360, the Microsoft Advertising platform, as well as key industry tools and key analytics platforms e.g. Google Analytics/GA360Ideally has some SEO knowledge and knowledge of how paid and organic search work togetherABOUT YOU:Media Planning experience - can write effective implementation planning decks, with 100% attention to detailTeam management experience - can effectively motivate, inspire and organise their team to deliverProblem solving - is across workflow, solves problems as they arise, and knows when to escalate issues to the Paid Search Director to help solve problemsHas analytical experience - can confidently analyse data, and write compelling insightsStrong attention to detail - all tasks need to be completed with 100% accuracyCommercial knowledge - ability to understand the client business and category and work with the Paid Search Director to identify new opportunitiesContributes positively to agency culture and meetingsStrong team management skills to ensure Executives are mentored and developed to create a high performing paid search/paid social teamStrong communication skills (written and verbal) - can confidently present and construct well-substantiated paid search/paid social strategiesPUBLICIS GROUPE BENEFITS:Be a part of the Publicis Groupe family, recent winner of the Employer of Choice Awards and one of the world''s most progressive and dynamic modern communications businesses.
