Given this success in our existing markets, Shark Ninja has embarked on a bold plan for growing APAC business.As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Operations Manager, AU to join our team. This role will be based in Sydney.This role will be for a fixed-term of 6 months, ending in December 2025.Position Overview:This role is accountable for the efficiency and effectiveness of the AUS logistics operations and B2B customer experience from inbounding, to warehousing, to delivery of goods to all our customers.Here are some of the EXCITING things you will get to do:Logistics ManagementManage the end-to-end, day-to-day logistics and transportation operations in AustraliaDeliver exceptional consumer experience and seamless customer experiencePerformance Metrics:Meet key KPIs, SLAs, and cost objectivesEnsure timely B2B and B2C order processing and shippingMaintain high inventory accuracyOptimize storage utilization and productivityResource Planning:Plan operational resources for key trading and promotional periodsProvide forecasts to third-party providers and hold regular meetings with stakeholders, ensuring logistics resources are executedEstimate pick capacity to maintain appropriate staffing levels of core and flex labor to process the expected unit volumesStrategy and Reporting:Lead the formulation and execution of a comprehensive operations strategy, driving operational efficiency and effectivenessShare performance management reports, showing actual to plan, gap analysis and status of continuous improvement initiativesManage daily operational exceptionsManage reverse logistics and assess the risk and opportunity to drive operational efficiency, compliance and brand protectionIdentify initiatives to boost productivity and reduce Opex costsEnsure robust inventory management principles are in place, processes adhered to and variances investigated within a timely mannerLead or participate in operations projects related to operations systems or processes.Optimize processes or ways of working at every opportunityCollaboration and Communication:Foster strong partnerships across departments and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on operational strategies driving seamless execution of initiatives that support overall business objectivesEnsure third-party providers are informed about new products ahead of arrivalMaintain and create SOPs as neededEnsure RMA, value adding services and cycle counts/stocktakes are completed and reported to documented SOPs or standardsCustomer Experience ManagementSupervise the AUS B2B Customer Experience team, ensuring reliable order processing, pick and delivery to customer RDDHandle order status queries and delivery appointmentsProcessing of RMAs, credit notes, samples and demosExperience:The ideal candidate should be a Supply Chain or Operations professional with 10 years operations experience across all functional areas of ANZ operations with a minimum 5 years experience in leadership roles within a fast-paced, B2B and DTC electrical appliance value chain.Proven ability in partnering with and influencing cross functional internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
