You bring you.As our permanent, full time Service Desk Analyst, based out of our Melbourne office, youll support our progressive and authentic firm as we champion whats right. Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, youll bring a strong customer service focus to resolve IT issues creatively and effectively.Dont want to be stuck behind a desk all day? Youll also gain valuable cross-team knowledge working with our infrastructure team.Heres how youll help us always stand up for the little guy:Provide high-quality Level 1/Level 2 support to Shine users nationally; identifying, prioritising and resolving issues.Support a range of end-user technologies, including Microsoft 365Exchange online, Net Documents and Meraki SDWANPerform user account administration using Microsoft Active Directory/Entra ID and Shines enterprise systems.Perform preventative maintenance and stay up-to-date with system information, changes and updates.What youll bringTo thrive in this role, youll have:Experience providing remote, phone-based, and on-site support, and familiarity with ticket management systems. (Cherwell/iVanti)Proficiency in creating, deleting and modifying users in Active Directory/Entra ID, working with ITIL Incident Management processes, and imaging desktop PCs and laptops.Advanced skills in investigating and diagnosing hardware and software problems.Support Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Exchange Online.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.Shine Lawyers: A place for you.
