As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving leisure sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to exceed personal and team sales goals in the leisure segmentCultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, and tour operatorsConduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and participate in industry tradeshows and eventsAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored leisure packages and promotionsPrepare and present comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to senior managementMentor and motivate team members to achieve individual and collective targetsEnsure compliance with company policies, standards, and industry regulationsActively participate in industry-related organizations and associationsCoordinate and manage sales trips, including budget planning and post-trip reportingUtilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to maintain accurate account informationQualificationsBachelor''s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)Minimum of 5 years'' experience in luxury hotel sales, with a focus on the leisure segmentProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsIn-depth knowledge of the leisure travel industry and current market trendsStrong understanding of the luxury hospitality marketExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsDemonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team managementProficiency in Opera, Microsoft Office suite, and CRM systemsStrategic planning and forecasting skillsAbility to travel regularly and work flexible hours as requiredActive membership or willingness to join relevant industry associationsFluency in English; additional language skills are a plusAdditional InformationBeing a Raffles employee means embodying and conveying the brand and the company mindset through our Heartiest service culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
