Other duties may be assigned as needed.Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and provide superior customer service.Set tables according to event type and service standards.Take orders, answer questions, and suggest menu items.Record transactions accurately in the point-of-sale system.Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and beverages.Present checks and process payments.Maintain cleanliness in work areas throughout the shift.Set up and clean tables/rooms as needed.Complete opening and closing duties before clocking out.Weekend availability is required.Qualifications:Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.Basic math skills for handling transactions.Ability to follow instructions and handle challenges.Knowledge of internet software relevant to role.High school diploma or GED, with at least one year of related experience or equivalent.ServSafe and TIPs certifications preferred.Skills and Abilities:Time managementEthical conductReliabilityTeamworkCustomer service excellencePhysical Demands and Work Environment:Requires standing, walking, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working in various environmental conditions.
