Your role will involve guiding customers and stakeholders toward fair and balanced resolutions, ensuring positive outcomes. We offer a supportive work environment with extensive training and development opportunities to help you succeed.Positions are available in IAGs Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) and External Dispute Resolution (EDR) teams, and we welcome candidates from all major cities.We provide all necessary tools and training from day one. Multiple 12-month contract roles are available, both full-time and part-time (3 days per week).
