If you are a customer-focused individual with a drive for excellence, we want to hear from you! This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of a close-knit and family-oriented team of professionals committed to delivering fantastic outcomes for our customers.Please note that your work hours are Monday - Friday plus rotational Saturday shifts.Responsibilities include:Carry out service and repair work as scheduledEngine replacementsTransmission replacementsNeatly and accurately fill out repair orders and other administrative processesFollow all safety policies and procedures; including wearing appropriate attire & safety equipmentLiaise with Service Advisors and Workshop Controller to ensure work is completed in a timely mannerMove vehicles on-site to dedicated parking areasParticipate in training to ensure knowledge remains up to date with industry trends and repair techniquesComplete ad-hoc duties as requested by managementYou will be great in this role because:You have highly developed organisational and time management skillsStrong commitment and dedication towards a process-driven environmentCurrent driver''s licenceExperience working in the latest diagnostic and calibration equipmentYou will be an adaptable professional with strong mechanical skills and the ability to work within deadlinesWhat you will get from Paradise Mazda:Here at Paradise Mazda, we are committed to looking after you, with some great benefits including (but not limited to):Attractive salary + super!Fully maintained company vehicleTraining to help you get up to speed on how to use our equipmentUniform & compulsory safety equipment suppliedAbove all, you will work in a supportive team where each person is encouraged and motivated to reach their full potential.
