Devise and implement a strategic plan that achieves the sales growth within this commodity group of the Mining & Metals Sector (namely Copper, Lithium, Nickel, Colbalt, Aluminum and Rare Earths) and growth targets of specific Critical Mineral client groups in key geographies (prioritizing Australia and using success there to influence similar campaigns in North America, Latin America and Europe ) as set by the Global Industry Leader for Mining.OpportunityThis is a Partner-level opportunity for a professional looking to further their career with an equity stake in a leading global business-minded consulting firm. A career as an ERM Partner is unique, and our partnership model offers unparalleled opportunities for leaders with ambition, vision, and proven expertise, providing:Meaningful equity ownership.The opportunity to contribute significantly to key decisions, including the overall strategic direction of our organization.The opportunity to provide leading insights on a wide range of technical and business issues impacting our core sectors.A platform to leverage ERMs market position and reach with your established relationships to further drive our growth.Key AccountabilitiesPrimary focus is to identify and build a new and emerging client portfolio around critical minerals in Australia, with a view to leverage success globally by working with a team of Account Managers in other key geographies (North America, Andes Region, Europe) to repeat success.The critical minerals portfolio will deliver profitable net revenue growth, and delivery of the full spectrum of ERMs consulting services across the portfolios global footprint. The key objectives for this role will be to:Foster, expand, and leverage a network of excellent client relationships consistent with our growth strategy and trajectory, including expansion into C-suite;Work with Australian and Global Service Line Leads to build a leading brand of Cradle to Grave services for ERMs mining services, underpinning the importance in driving the energy transitionActively co-create with both our clients and ERMers to develop value-added programs where ERM can impact our clients business.Provide business value based on a strong understanding of clients needs, and raising the profile of ERMs brand within the client organization.Deliver strategic consulting advice, excellent value, and strong client experience and service.Incorporating digital transformation into the value ERM provides to the clients.In addition to this:Build external relationships, grow our thought leadership and strategic Points of View in the sector, and establish appropriate networks that will enhance our standing as a go to consultancy for sustainable critical minerals development.Further advance our reputation for supporting development of some of the worlds most challenging and complex projects to bring new critical materials to market to enable the low carbon economy transition.Identify new and emerging Critical Mineral Clients (e.g. copper, lithium, nickel) with potential to develop clients that can join ERMs HGHV program in Australia and support selection of same in other key geographies (North America, EMEA and LAC).Develop and execute account plans for each identified Critical Mineral client or cluster of similar clients to achieve an overall annual sales budget and growth target.Lead efforts to develop proposals, including a differentiating value proposition, value pricing approaches, presentations, and contracting aligned with ERMs global strategy.Meet business financial targets, F2F and pipeline, overall project budget and schedule, client satisfaction/expectations, and internal and contract requirements.Collaborate with other ERM partners regionally and globally to identify how to connect to ERM Global Offers, specifically (i) creating sustainable supply chains, (ii) driving product sustainability & circular economy, (iii) building the renewable energy future, (iv) delivering ESG aligned major capital projects.Provide competitor insights and analysis through regular monitoring and reporting activity and obtain timely, accurate and relevant market intelligence, including on our brand and regional commercial position that inform investment and Go-to-Market decisions in the Critical Minerals Sector.ImpactNet Sales Budget across identified HG Critical Mineral clients in ANZAccount Pipeline Growth sustainability or related field.15+ years of progressive experience in either a consulting environment or working substantially with the energy and/or infrastructure sectors, including experience in the industrys need to meet the worlds Low Carbon Economy Transition goals.Recognized technical expertise and an established reputation in the local marketplace.Track record of high-performance business delivery, team management and commercial impactTrack record of Client service excellence, with experience of account and portfolio account managementStrategic thinker able to execute and
