Our team is passionate about building strong partnerships with families and local organisations to enrich every childs early learning journey.About the role:As Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and regulations. We will offer you the tools, training and support needed in your new role.Key Responsibilities:Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all timesManaging the performance and success of your centreManagement of daily operations, budgets, wages, rostering, occupancyLead, coach, develop and support the professional development of your teamDeveloping strong relationships with families and the communityMaintain compliance with all relevant regulationsAdvocating for the rights of every child within your centreImplementation and evaluation of quality programs that support the development of all children.About you?You are an experienced leader within the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, with a passion for shaping young lives and empowering future leaders.
