Your contribution will directly support economic and workforce resilience, and inclusive growth in Bass Coast.The key responsibilities of the role include:Lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive regional skills assessment initiativeFacilitate meaningful engagement with key stakeholders to gather insights, identify gaps and explore opportunitiesDeliver a stakeholder engagement report summarising consultations, outlining key themes and recommending future considerationsProduce a detailed strategic report presenting a list of skills and training development solutions, delivery models and infrastructure requirements backed by data and stakeholder inputCollaborate with local and regional partners to champion initiatives that strengthen local workforce capabilities and align with future economic needsAbout youYou''re a strategic and solutions focussed professional with a strong foundation in areas such as public policy, workforce development or economic strategy. Your experience includes designing and delivering initiatives that bring together diverse stakeholders to address complex regional or sector-wide challenges. You have a proven ability to engage meaningfully with government, education providers and industry partners drawing on your deep understanding of the education, training or regional development landscape. Your analytical mindset enables you to cut through complexity, identify key trends and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Your exceptional communication and reporting skills mean youre just as comfortable facilitating consultations as you are preparing detailed, high-impact reports.
