Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short-term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy, and employment services across over 420 locations in Victoria and NSW.About Your RoleScope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a People Partner to work within our People Team.Reporting to the Lead People Partner, the People Partner will provide support to operations on a broad range of HR policies, programs, practices, and will build strong relationships that offer value-added solutions to people management issues.Your Key FocusDeliver recommendations and solutions to managers across various HR areas.Resolve issues and manage risks through problem-solving, research, and developing solutions.Advise and coach people leaders to manage performance and misconduct matters in accordance with the Enterprise Agreement and organizational requirements.Report on investigations.Ensure the timely rollout and education of new and updated policies and procedures.What We Look ForProven experience in a professional People & Culture generalist role, focusing on ER/IR.Success in developing safety cultures that promote workplace health, safety, and wellbeing.Experience interpreting relevant employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act, Employment Standards, and Modern Awards.Ability to travel across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria to deliver services.Experience working within a matrix reporting environment.Experience working in a unionized environment.View the position description here.We aim to fill this role quickly; applications close on 5 June 2025, but we will review applications as they come in and may interview suitable candidates prior to the closing date.
