Having built the largest (125MWac) integrated industrial use solar plant in Australia and, in conjunction with sister company Ark Energy Corporation, now building the SunHQ Hydrogen Hub, we are well on track.DescriptionAbout the positionYou will be responsible for the development of maintenance plans, weekly development of schedules, review all PM & corrective work orders, maintaining a good backlog, contractor co-ordinating & quotes, parts ordering, data analysing of failure trends, shutdown preparation for the team whilst delivering a safe, environmentally responsible, and efficiently for the refinery.You will work alongside Operations and Maintenance to provide the best solutions for the business and effectively communicate plant status and key issues while maintaining an awareness of costs, monthly key performance indicators and critical controls.You will drive high safety performance through personal leadership and build team capability through regular coaching and development. This will assist you to encourage and monitor improvement initiatives.Residentially based in Townsville, you will work a Monday to Friday roster. You are willing to work during Shutdown periods with the team.Skills And ExperiencesAbout youWith Planning Experience plus - You are able to coordinate both planned and breakdown maintenance on fixed plant including filter presses, belt conveyors, chain conveyors, motors, gearboxes, agitators and electrical systems.Your strong work ethic and problem-solving skills allow you to work autonomously with limited supervision, or when required, as part of a team. You must have Microsoft Excel & Word skills as well as sound comprehension, verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills, bring a positive attitude and energy will ensure your success in this position.Other desirable (not essential) skills and experience include:Proficiency in Microsoft Project and CMMS (JDE, Oracle or SAP).Trade Certificate Electrical Minimum 5 yearsAbout TownsvilleA thriving coastal port city, Townsville is the largest city in northern Australia and one of Australias fastest-growing regional centres.
