Add expected salary to your profile for insights.In this Mobility Equipment showroom role, you will build strong customer relationships through face-to-face service with end users and their therapists by demonstrating product knowledge and equipment. Increasing sales and customer satisfaction by working with customers and ensuring a positive experience.Role Title: Showroom Customer Service ConsultantHours: Monday Friday, 12-month fixed-term contract (potentially ongoing afterwards), Full-time basisReporting: Branch ManagerEssential Skills & Qualifications:Previous customer service or industry experience preferred, but not essentialExcellent verbal and written communication skills are essentialAdept at navigating computer systems to manage customer interactions and recordsAbility to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment and under pressureWillingness to provide/obtain relevant checks due to interaction with our clients (e.g., Police checks/NDIS Worker Screening check)Duties & Responsibilities:Greet customers delivering excellent customer service with a needs-based sales approachResolve customer questions and concerns efficientlyLearn and stay up-to-date with our products and services, and use this knowledge to enhance customer experienceAssist customers with accurate and timely order placement, tracking, and processing to encourage repeat businessMaintain showroom inventory and presentation as requiredEmployee discounts on Aidacare health equipment products and servicesQuarterly incentive schemeEmployee Assistance Program to support mental wellnessBenefits package includes discounts for retail, insurance, gym, and moreComprehensive training program to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledgeHow to apply:Please submit your application by clicking "Apply Now".
