At EY, were all in to shape your future with confidence.Well help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go.Join EY and help to build a better working world.Accounts Support AnalystThe opportunityAs our Accounts Support Analyst, provide a range of financial administration support including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense management.The Service Delivery Centre offers an alternative delivery model in a regional location within Australia, reducing risk to our clients and increasing efficiency by standardising repeatable processes. Employees in the hub will collaborate with EY project teams across Australia to support large-scale client engagements.This role is based in Ballarat. We offer flexible working arrangements, including reduced hours; please speak with us about potential options.Your key responsibilitiesReview and verify invoices, purchase orders, and goods received notes for accuracy, processing payments according to the weekly schedule, and logging received payments to appropriate accounts.Reconcile accounts using banking reports and accounting software, manage employee expense claims, and ensure claims comply with company policy by validating receipts and supporting documents.Create and edit vendor accounts with relevant details, address enquiries via Outlook email or Teams hotline, and manage documents in Microsoft Office, Excel, and SharePoint.What we look forProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an aptitude for reviewing large volumes of data with attention to detail.Excellent time management and organizational skills, demonstrating reliability, responsiveness, and a structured approach to tasks, with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and quality.Eagerness to learn and grow, capable of working independently or as part of a team, with a desire to make a meaningful impact and contribute to building a better working world.Ideally, youll also have experience in providing Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable support or other finance/data-related roles, but this is not essential.
