The role is dynamic and multi-faceted, involving tasks to support the Sales team, clients, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, pricing, assisting with tenders, liaising with clients, interior designers, and architects regarding enquiries, meetings, or questions. The successful candidate will help maintain Zeniths showroom, oversee and record stock, assist with events, and greet visitors. Additionally, Sales Support will handle phone calls, website inquiries, and other duties as needed.The position is permanent, full-time, based at Zeniths Perth showroom, conveniently located near public transport. We value our people and their contributions, fostering inspiring, motivated, and valued work environments.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/DUTIESThe main responsibility of Sales Support is to assist the Sales Team and State Manager in quote preparation, customer support, and showroom maintenance to boost sales and deliver excellent service.Your duties will include:Assisting in preparing quotes, documentation, and tenders.Maintaining the showroom, greeting clients, organizing events, social gatherings, and training days.Managing operation and maintenance manuals for projects.Planning and arranging catering for presentations.Coordinating delivery of sample furniture and maintaining fabric samples for Sales Reps.Assisting with showroom clearance stock and sales.Answering phone and website inquiries, along with other duties as directed.SKILLS REQUIRED Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to build rapport. Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
