In this role, you will support a small group of highly successful Investment Advisers in delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of High-Net-Worth clients within a Funds Under Management structure. This team also facilitates trading in ASX-listed securities, offering you valuable exposure to a broad range of investment services.As a Client Services Administrator you will undertake a range of duties including:Provide client account management, including facilitating the onboarding of new clients and supporting ongoing relationship management.Create and maintain client profiles in Xplan, ensuring data is accurate, up to date, and comprehensive.Monitor and manage client fund availability to ensure timely settlement of share purchases.Collaborate with our in-house Operations Team to assist with account creation, maintenance, compliance, and resolving trade-related matters.Accurate execution of ASX orders (authorised DTR only) on behalf of Advisers.Ensure Ongoing Fee Arrangements (OFA) are current and compliant and annual reviews are completed.Liaising with third party platforms to initiate rollovers, account creation, contribution dataManage Adviser schedules and appointments, supporting effective time management and client engagement.About youBeing able to bring your whole self to work is important to us.
