This role is offered on a flexible full-time basis, initially as a 12-month fixed-term contract. The objective of this role is to provide administrative and secretarial services to senior executives within Oceania, primarily Executive Directors and Senior Managers.Your key responsibilitiesDiary and calendar managementTravel management both Domestic and InternationalExpense processing, adhering to firm deadlinesMeeting scheduling and logistics, including catering and meeting room reservationsAssistance with Event Management coordination and logisticsDocument management, including document creation, editing, proof reading as examplesWhat were looking forHeres our wish list but dont worry if you dont tick all the boxes.
