With a national network of wholly owned metropolitan and remote clinics, we deliver Occupational Health, General Practice and integrated medical, paramedical and wellness services to both large and small corporate and community groups.THE ROLEAs a People, Culture & Safety Officer you will provide generalist HR support to stakeholders across the country. This role plays an integral part in facilitating continued growth, helping the PCS team to provide exceptional service to employees and managers. You will be joining a large well-established, successful People, Culture & Safety team and will assist in providing expertise in day-to-day operational support including administration, compliance, reporting, process improvements, projects and customer service. The scope of this role also includes support duties relating to health & safety & learning & development.Responsibilities IncludeResponding to enquiries and assisting with the daily administration of the HR inbox.Processing all administration aspects of the employee life cycle processes including but not limited to on-boarding, off-boarding and processing contractual changes for secondments, promotions and terminations.Maintaining effective records management, including personnel files and the HRIS database.Assist with legislative compliance activities across the company.Assisting the PCS Team with providing advice and support in relation to company policies, procedures, legislation and the Enterprise Agreement.Assisting with the general reporting requirements and auditing of HRIS data to ensure data integrityProvide administration support to the WHS and training functions.Assisting with the delivery of HR initiatives and projects including the annual remuneration review.This is a Full-Time, Maximum Term role for 12 months - based in Perth CBD.About YouMinimum of two years experience in a similar HR support roleExperience using a HRIS, in addition to well-developed MS Office skillsExceptional attention to detail and a solutions-focused approachAbility to quickly adapt to the changing needs of the business, demonstrating agility and resourcefulnessAbility to engage, partner and communicate with a range of stakeholders working across day-to-day functions and HR projectsReliable, able to work under pressure and proven experience in managing a high volume workload to meet deadlinesWell-developed oral and written communciation skillsTertiary qualification in Human Resources (desirable)WHY JOIN US?Ongoing training and development opportunitiesStable and reputable national healthcare provider (part of the global Sonic Healthcare)Paid parental leaveDiscounts on travel, gym membership and health insuranceNovated LeasingDiscounted fees for various medical services e.g. pathology, radiology and travel healthEmployee Assistance ProgramFocus on corporate social responsibility e.g. fundraising, supporting community eventsSubject to eligibility criteriaCULTUREAt Sonic HealthPlus we offer a positive workplace culture, close team networks and a supportive work environment.
