Located in Picton, NSW, our centres are dedicated to creating an exceptional learning experience for children.Role DescriptionWe are looking for fully qualified Diploma educators or ECT''s to join our wonderful forwing team.We are looking for a professional educators with experience in programming and the ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and educators.You will be joining a supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged!Your main responsibilities will be to:- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.- Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).- Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team.- Maintain effective communication with parents/carers.- Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.Qualifications- Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or teaching qualification- A current NSW Employee Working With Children''s Check- Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS) #J-18808-Ljbffr
