This role involves regular interaction with participants, caregivers, families, and external stakeholders. Your commitment to providing outstanding service will be demonstrated through meeting fortnightly KPIs and ensuring the highest level of support to our clients. Our Support Coordination team is highly regarded for responsiveness, effectiveness, accountability, and problem-solving skills. We offer comprehensive induction and training, manageable workloads, and caseloads. Lets talk about you!
