The company established itself as a leading provider of maintenance, shutdown, and specialised project services, cementing its reputation as a trusted and efficient provider.The RoleWe are currently seeking a motivated Executive Assistant to join our Corporate Team.In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive General Manager (EGM), ensuring the smooth operation of executive schedules, communication, and organisational priorities. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to show initiative in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Executive General Managers (EGM) calendar and inbox, schedule meetings, appointments, and organise travelScreen and manage emails, calls, and messagesCoordinate meetings and relevant logistics, prepare materials, and ensure timely attendanceDraft, edit, and proofread documentsTrack and follow up on action itemsArrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and itinerariesPrepare and reconcile expense reportsAssist in organising conferences and eventsPrepare agendas, distribute materials, and take minutesEnsure confidentiality of sensitive informationAssist in preparing and coordinating presentations and reportsSupport special projects and initiativesCollaborate with team members and other business units to meet deadlinesServe as a point of contact with internal and external stakeholdersAbout YouEligible to work in AustraliaHold an Australian recognised bachelors degree or equivalent experience (preferred)Minimum of two (2) years'' experience in a similar roleProficient understanding and experience in Microsoft Office SuiteWell-developed administrative and organisational skills with an attention to detailProfessionalism, reliability, and integrity alongside excellent time management skillsAble to work cohesively in a team within a dynamic environmentExperience handling sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentialityGood communication skills and ability to liaise with clients, stakeholders and vendorsWhy WarrikalCompetitive payment ratesParking bay includedWork in a team that values your growth and contributionLearn from experienced professionals dedicated to your successRecognition, rewards and ongoing professional opportunitiesAccess to mental health support (EAP)How To ApplyTo apply for the role, click on the ''Apply'' button.Warrikal welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences.
