Austpro Properties is a boutique real estate agency based in Cannington, WA. We are looking for a full-time property manager to look after a neat portfolio, spread within the Perth metropolitan area. As the business is growing and booming, this position will be suitable for you who has the ambition to move to the next level in your real estate career.No Business Development.No PCR.Mobile Phone, Fuel Card, KPI Bonus provided on top of base salary.Responsibilities:Conduct home viewing, process application and liaise with the landlords.Conduct routine inspection.Follow up on arrears on rent and water bill.Conduct final bond inspection and bond disposal.Organise and attend to general maintenance and coordinating repairs.Minimum Requirements:Own vehicle and a current WA Drivers License.Minimum 1-year experience as a property manager or assistant property manager.Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and Magistrate Court procedure.Experience in PropertyTree and Rentfind Inspector is preferred but not essential.You will be given a base salary plus superannuation, mobile phone, fuel card and KPI bonus as the salary package. #J-18808-Ljbffr
