Job Summary Are you interested in working on Netflix Animation Studios next animated feature with our talented team? Are you skilled in Marvelous Designer and passionate about modeling clothing? We are seeking modelers to work on creative, stylized characters for our upcoming project. What Youll Do Interpret 2D designs and translate them into 3D while maintaining the original artistic intent. Create complex or stylized models with a strong understanding of shape, scale, and topology. Develop accurate UVs for models for downstream departments. Produce optimized meshes suitable for rendering and display by departments such as Rigging, Layout, and Lighting. Ensure work is completed to quality standards within scheduled deadlines. Maintain good communication with the Model Lead. What Youll Need At least 3 years of modeling experience in a VFX or animated feature pipeline. Proficiency with Maya and ZBrush. Experience with Marvelous Designer. Knowledge of Blendshape is a plus. Strong understanding of edge flow and polygon density. Understanding of topology for static and deforming objects. Attention to detail and ability to interpret design fundamentals. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
