Keep reading to see how you can.The opportunityAs Partnerships Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchant partnerships across Western Australia, with a goal of presenting and selling in new and existing products appropriate to their business.Some of the things you will be involved in:Working with the Head of Partnerships to develop and implement a merchant acquisition strategic planBuilding a pipeline of target merchants aligned with the goals of the businessProspecting, acquiring, and contracting new merchant partnerships to the Entertainment MembershipUpselling the Frequent Values partnerships to existing merchants and new prospectsRenegotiating and recommitting existing partnerships within your assigned portfolioNegotiating exclusive bespoke marketing opportunities that deliver value to the merchant and the Entertainment MembersWorking closely with the Marketing Team to deliver on bespoke marketing campaignsVisiting key merchants regularlyOccasionally handling (in person) member complaints about merchants (e.g., non-honoring offers) if no Account Manager is available in your territoryWe are looking for you to demonstrate:Essential Skills and ExperienceEnthusiastic and sales-drivenExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsEffective negotiation and decision-making abilitiesGoal-driven with proven sales abilityStrong commercial acumenStrong relationship-building skillsAbility to quickly identify sales growth opportunities and execute strategiesAbility to understand customer requirements swiftlyMobility, agility, receptiveness, and openness to changeCapacity to manage workload to meet conflicting priorities and deadlinesDesirable Skills and ExperienceExperience in a similar professional services roleSales experience within the hospitality sectorThe ways we support and rewardYou will join a talented, energetic team passionate about our product.
