If you are a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for administrative excellence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Key Responsibilities:Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing multiple calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and directing phone and in-person inquiries.Compile and edit sensitive correspondence, memos, letters, and legal documents for accuracy in spelling, punctuation, grammar, and format.Reconcile the department budget on a monthly basis and prepare weekly and monthly funding requests as needed.Schedule travel arrangements and prepare expense reports using Concur.Create and maintain accurate files and records, and manage the purchasing of office supplies for the department.Support multiple team members within the functional area simultaneously and perform a wide range of special projects as assigned.Qualifications:A high school diploma or GED is required. Bachelors degree preferred.5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and courteously with individuals at all levels of seniority.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Concur.Demonstrated proficiency in grammar, spelling, typing, composition, and math.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities.Must be team-oriented and capable of functioning as a proactive partner in a corporate environment.Employment Type:Full-TimeOn Site, Corporate HeadquartersCompensation: $75,000-$95,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
