The facility''s role is to contain men in custody safely, securely, and humanely, focusing on individual needs to facilitate a successful transition back into the community or continued journey through the prison system.About The RoleReporting to the Program Coordinator, the Remand Program Facilitator is primarily responsible for coordinating and facilitating the suite of Remand Programs. This includes scheduling and delivering these programs.Some of Your Other Duties Will IncludeUndertaking prisoner risk assessments and needs assessments, coordinating applications for parole, and contributing to the Case Management Review process.Monitoring and reporting on key performance and quality indicators as directed.Consulting and liaising with prison staff, Offender Service staff, and OBP staff regarding program delivery requirements.About YouThe ideal candidate will possess:Experience in or understanding of working within a correctional environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Proficiency in computer programs, such as Excel, for data management.QualificationsExpertise in program and service delivery/coordination within a correctional setting is highly desirable.TAE - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly desirable.How To ApplyClick the Apply button on this advertisement.
