Join a local team of experienced technologists, and work in a diverse and complex technical environment with opportunities to learn and develop with the support of a Senior Technologist. Collaborate with national support teams to provide vital support to content makers in Darwin and regional NT locations. Reporting to the local Technology Services Manager, you will deliver high-quality support to ABC users and programs while ensuring content continuity. You will also assist with project installations, commissioning, and supporting new and upcoming systems and technical equipment. You will work with a diverse array of technology systems, including video and audio production, IP networking, Videa and Audio over IP, desktop and server computing, satellite, and radio frequency equipment. You come from a background in Broadcast Technology, Telecommunications, ICT, or related technical vocations. You''re a quick learner and eager to apply your skills to varied tasks. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate capability in technical support functions, including troubleshooting, fault resolution, maintenance, upgrades, installation, and operations.
