The Team:The Allied Health Administration Team is a small, collaborative group that works closely with the broader Allied Health Team, which includes Nutrition and Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Orthotics and Prosthetics, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Podiatry, Social Work, and Speech Pathology.The Role:We are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to join our Allied Health administrative team.The Administration Assistant will:Provide efficient, high-level reception and administrative support to Allied Health services across the THSNorth West.Undertake administrative and organisational duties related to the daily office activities, ensuring smooth information flow and effective communication with staff and clients.Note: Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria to address in your application.Why Tasmania:The Department of Health Tasmania oversees hospitals such as the Royal Hobart Hospital, Launceston General Hospital, Northwest Regional Hospital, and Mersey Community Hospital, along with district hospitals and ambulance services.
