The successful candidate will manage a team of supervisors and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects from inception to completion.ResponsibilitiesConduct onsite HSE and quality inductions with all staff and subcontractorsReview and resolve key project issuesCoordinate with statutory bodies and ensure all notifications are madeMaintain site compound and amenitiesOrganise site inspections with clients, authorities, and consultantsAssist with preparing scopes of work and understanding contractsManage defect lists for subcontractorsQualifications and RequirementsTrade or building-related qualification5-10 years experience in site supervision, including planning and managementConstruction Safety Induction (White) cardSenior First Aid CertificateKnowledge of legislation, regulations, and standardsLeadership skills to motivate subcontractorsExcellent communication skillsAbility to read drawings and specificationsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAdditional InformationThis is a full-time, permanent position offering career growth opportunities within a successful organization.
