About you; Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehab Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work Registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or AASW Experience mentoring junior consultants Experience in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting Commitment to excellence with strong onboarding & tools to excel Passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans Stakeholder management and communication skills The role Your primary role is to mentor, train, and upskill the team''s professional growth.
