23 May - 30 Jun 25 Newcastle Fantastic opportunity for a talented MINI Car Sales Executive to join the sales team at Lloyd BMW & MINI based in Newcastle. Salary: Basic salary + bonus Hours: 08:30 - 18:00 including a weekend rota Role Responsibilities Understanding and adapting to the customers buying strategy and encouraging them to experience the product through test drives, which are carried out by the Product Specialist. Agreeing on price and payment methods, including advising on financing options directly with the customer, working within company guidelines. Following up each delivery with a personal phone call to ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining contact to build relationships and future business. Planning and organising daily sales activities, such as telephoning prospects to generate new business. Collaborating with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participating in training and development opportunities to help the Group achieve its goals. Candidate Skills & Attributes Ability to plan, organise, and meet deadlines. Quickly assimilate information and respond thoughtfully. Strong work ethic and adaptability. Attention to detail and high-quality work. Ability to work under pressure to meet business needs.
