They specialize in delivering a wide range of projects, including high-end design and construct projects across civil and construction sectors. Their civil arm handles projects such as subdivisions, road upgrades, bridges and structures, utilities, stormwater, and pipelines. The Role As Project Manager, you will report directly to the Construction Manager and lead projects from start to finish. You will oversee project execution, drive efficiencies, and uphold standards across projects, learning from experienced mentors to ensure your success. Project scopes vary, with project values ranging from $5m to $30m. Key Responsibilities Oversee projects from award through construction to handover. Lead, manage, and mentor a close-knit, mainly self-performing team. Ensure project success by maintaining quality, adhering to programs, budgets, and safety standards. Collaborate with design and tendering teams to ensure best practice constructability. Skills & Experience Required Bachelor''s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience in leading and delivering projects. Experience or exposure to earthworks, drainage, pipelines, and road construction is highly regarded. Effective communication skills and leadership by example. Ability to multitask, resolve conflicts, and see projects through to completion. Strong skills in cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and programming. A positive attitude and motivation to contribute to a great workplace culture. Why This Opportunity?
