You will lead a team responsible for investigating breaches and ensuring timely and proportionate enforcement actions, maintaining high standards of service delivery. This strategic role involves shaping enforcement approaches and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to protect and enhance our built environment. Position Details This is a full-time permanent position (38 hours per week). Band 7 role with a salary range of A$107,314 to A$120,084 per annum, plus superannuation, including commuter use of a vehicle. Support work-life balance with a monthly rostered day off and hybrid working arrangements. Experience and Skills To succeed, you will have: Experience leading high-performing, collaborative teams. Expert knowledge of planning and building legislation and enforcement processes. Experience building effective partnerships with internal departments and external agencies. Ability to provide technical advice in high-pressure or complex scenarios. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with confident communication with diverse customers.
