Job Description Project Governance: Support the establishment and maintenance of project governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to standards and methodologies. Planning and Scheduling: Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and milestones, monitoring timelines to align with program objectives. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and maintain documentation including risk registers and issue logs. Risk and Issue Management: Identify, track, and manage risks and issues, collaborating on mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication among project teams, business units, and external vendors, coordinating meetings and reviews. Resource Management: Support resource allocation, onboarding, and team coordination. Budget & Milestone Tracking: Monitor budgets and expenditures, providing insights for cost optimization, and support internal processes for milestone billing. Qualifications Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or similar in large-scale transformation projects, preferably SAP S/4 HANA. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2). Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
