After several years of strong growth in Australia, were expanding further into APAC in 2025 and beyond.The RoleWere looking for a detail-oriented Settlements Officer to support our post-trade operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate settlement of OTC and crypto trades, maintaining clean data across systems, and collaborating with key teams such as treasury, compliance, and risk. If youre organised, data-savvy, and thrive in fast-paced environments, wed love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage trade data for OTC and crypto transactionsReconcile trade, banking, and client account information across systemsIdentify and resolve mismatches or reconciliation breaksTrack liquidity and validate trades against internal risk rulesRecommend improvements to settlement processes and internal controlsMaintain digital records of trades, reconciliations, and client instructionsUpdate and manage internal SOPs and process documentationPrepare daily and monthly reports on settlement and operational performanceAnalyse data to support decision-making and improve efficiencyCollaborate on compliance, treasury, and risk to support operationsWhat Were Looking ForExperience in crypto settlements and operations, handling both traditional and digital assets.Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsAbility to manage and reconcile large volumes of data across multiple systemsConfident working independently and across teams in a dynamic environmentFamiliarity with trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and internal controlsWhy ZerocapAt Zerocap, were building the future of finance bridging traditional markets with the world of digital assets.
