**This is a full-time, 12-month fixed contract only. All qualified applicants MUST reside in or in close proximity to Melbourne, AUS.** We are currently seeking an Implementation Consultant with experience in T&A, Workforce Management, and/or Payroll systems. You will work with the clients stakeholders and implementation teams to scope out their functional requirements for the Timegate product and manage the overall project. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, obtaining business sign-off, coordinating additional resources (e.g., custom development), configuring solutions, providing training, and go-live support. A successful implementation concludes with a smooth hand-over to the Customer Success Manager. You should have excellent organizational, communication, demonstration, and analytical skills, combined with strong technical ability and attention to detail. WHAT YOU''LL DO: Provide high-quality technical consultancy services to customers, achieving operational outcomes and maintaining a positive customer experience. Implement software in line with the contract and statement of work. Analyze and understand non-functional technical requirements to ensure all products and services are supportable. Clarify client specifications, understand their work practices, and configure the software accordingly. Support business change using technology and process improvements. Deliver solutions and integrations as per designs, on time and within budget. Coordinate with Customer Success and Sales teams for smooth onboarding and handover. Maintain knowledge of company products, releases, policies, and procedures. Deliver expert knowledge through training and solution delivery. WHAT YOU''LL BRING: Bachelors degree in IT or a related business field (desirable). 2+ years of experience in software implementations within SaaS businesses. Experience in training clients on new processes and software. Experience in T&A, Workforce Management, and/or Payroll (advantageous). Knowledge of the Cleaning, Facilities Management, and/or Security industries (advantageous). Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and conflicting priorities while maintaining professionalism. Ability to identify commercial opportunities and communicate effectively. Situational awareness and escalation skills. Professional conduct and personal appearance. Compliance with company policies and willingness to undertake delegated tasks.
