Payroll OfficerJob no: 497191Work type: Full Time Fixed Term ContractLocation: Perth CBD, Inner & Western SuburbsCategories: Professional RoleTHE ROLEAs a key member of the payroll team, you''ll be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, reporting to the Payroll Team Leader.Key responsibilities:Process of fortnightly end to end payroll and related tasks to strict deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy, as part of the wider team.Support the full employee life cycle including onboarding new starter setup on payroll and calculation and processing of termination payments.Prepare, balance and reconcile PAYG, Super, Salary Packaging and other deductions.Assist with resolution of payroll matters, role modelling excellent customer service.Maintain knowledge of Amana Living Enterprise Agreements, relevant Awards, legislation and regulations with a solid understanding of how they apply to payroll, so as to ensure compliance.Continually look for ways to do things better, we love improvements.ABOUT YOUYou are a detail-oriented payroll professional with strong analytical skills.
