The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Senior Client Manager in managing and nurturing client relationships, addressing client inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information.Review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.Review financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.Train junior accountants, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.Delegate and review tasks of their team members.Stay current on changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and share knowledge with the team.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.Skills:Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
